Welcome to Activated Insight – Your New Learning Management System

We are excited to introduce Activated Insights, Home Instead’s new Learning Management System (LMS). As part of this transition, we will be moving away from Empower. This message is to let you know what is changing, what is staying the same, and how you can support your teams during this shift.

What is changing:

Home Instead is replacing Empower with Activated Insights to enhance your learning experience. We understand that change can feel like a lot at first, but this is a positive step forward. Activated Insights is user-friendly, flexible, and full of features that make learning more accessible and engaging. Whether you are refreshing existing skills or discovering something new, we hope you will find it a valuable and empowering tool.

 

What is staying the same:

Care Pros will continue to have access to high-quality training content, including Home Instead’s standard courses and a wide variety of learning paths. The commitment to growth and development remains unchanged.

 

Activated Insights Training: 

You will see a training module assigned to you called “Getting Started with Activated Insights” to help you get introduced to the new system.
