We’re excited to introduce Phoebe, a new AI-powered teammate joining us at BF Home Care. Phoebe will help our Home Instead team communicate with you more quickly about shifts, scheduling, and routine information—so you hear about open shifts sooner and spend less time playing phone tag.

Here are some of the ways Phoebe will help:

• Send open shifts that fit your availability by text or call—you can simply reply yes or no.
• Answer questions about care plans.
• Send friendly reminders before your shifts.
• Send a quick reminder if a clock-in or clock-out is missed.

Phoebe is here to support our office team, not replace them. You can still call or text the office whenever you need to speak with a person, have a concern, or need personal assistance.
